Hello! My great grandfather's name was Isom T. Ison. He lived in Grayson, KY. I talked to him on the phone when I was about 25 and I am 42 now. I went to their house after they had passed. My grandmother's name is Mary Ison Lewis. I know that her mother passed away early on and then Isom remarried and that woman was the only one most of them knew as their mother. Mary is alive and goes back and forth between Kentucky and Lorain, Ohio. She had 3 sons and one daughter. Jack Edward Lewis who was born in 1950 which is my father. There was Jeffrey who was killed when he was younger. It think he was married to or had a child with a woman named Barbara. Carol is the only girl and has a son named Jeffrey. John David has one daughter but passed away a few weeks ago. I married a man from England and we have two baby boys. So, I don't know how your date of 1829 fits in or anything really about it but here's some information of people that are probably related.
