I have finally been able to access the 1901 English Census and have found that my great grandfather had another 2 children - Boys Herbert born about 1883 and Ernest born about a year later. I have found a couple of birth dates for Ernest [not sure which is correct] but can find no birth registration for Herbert.
Ialso have been unable to find Thomas and Annie Ismay [Herbert's parents] at all in the 1891 Census but they were supposedly living in the Newcastle-upon-Tyne area not to far from the family White Lead business.
In 1901 they were living in 5 Lambton Rd, Jesmond but it is possible that they were in Walker-upon-Tyne during the last census visiting Annie's family???
Any help would be greatly appreciated
