My great great grandfather was John Quayle. He was born in the Isle of Man in 1821 and emigrated to Liverpool where he married Jane Phillips in 1846. They produced sixteen children.
I am trying to find where John's father Thomas Quayle lived. He was an farmer in the IoM.
Is there a census record around 1800?
