I found this in the Shelby County Ancestors, no.3 July 2002, vol.24.
21 May 1914 Shelbyville Democrat
"Stroke of Apoplexy is Fatal to Jame B. Isenberg" -- while mowing his yard; widley known Shelbyville businessman; attended First Methodist Church; born near Petersburg, Pennsylvania January 24, 1845; Civil War Service with company K, 22nd PA Cavalry; came to Shelbyville and engaged in retail business.
