My birth name was Isenberg, and my father's name was Cecil Rollins Isenberg. He was born sometime in the 1920's and died in 1990 in Texas. I know virtually nothing about his background. His mother's name was Thelma Lau (I think). She was married several times, once to an Isenberg. Relevant states would be TX, MO, KS, OK, PA, OH. He also had a sister, named Helen - but I think she used the last name Longfellow.

Cecil was married twice (to Mary Elizabeth Youtsey and Annie Mae Ransleben). He had me (Victoria Gay) by his marriage to Mary, and 7 children (Darrell, Karen, Thomas, Michelle, Michael, James and David) by Annie Mae.

If anybody knows anything - or can point me towards the right area - I'd really appreciate it. My mother has been researching HER family history, and I'm starting to feel like I'm only half a person.
