Frederick Iseminger's origins

I obtained a copy of the book "Auswanderungen aus Rheinpfalz und Saarland im 18.Jahrhundert" by Werner Hacker.
It has the citation mentioned by Michael Iseminger on another forum. The listing is on page 212 of the book and it is the date 1751 as he said.
The problem is the citation is in German with some numbers. The name I recognize and the date I understand but all the explanations are in German.
I could share this with someone else if someone can get this information translated. It is about 50 pages of copying for all the explanatory notes.
You can get the book through interlibrary loan from two different libraries in the US. Other libraries own it but won't loan genealogy books. If you want to see it for yourself contact me and I will give you the information to get it through ILL. It is difficult for a librarian to search for this book since it is entirely in German so you will need the accession number for the library to find the record.
Can anyone help get this translated?
