Hi Brian,
I am connected by marriage to the great-grandson of Caspar Iselin. My husband Mike is the grandson of Mary Iselin, daughter of Caspar and Mary Sheehan (1st marriage in Warwick). On the certificate he is listed as Caspar Ronald. The Hogan family lived at Paddington (Hall St.) just down the road from the shop where I think it was George. Mike remembers a very old man who sat at the back of the shop but does not remember being told he was his great-grandfather. I have attempted to find all the Iselins in the births/deaths/marriages but only have the births until 1920. What I know has been posted on the firstfamilies2001 site. As a coincidence I discovered while completing my own family that one of my own O'Brien connections (Ruby Ellen Hay) married into the Iselin family - John Iselin.
I would love any information to complete the list of descendants of Caspar in Australia.
Mary
