I am seeking to learn more about W. H. Irwin who was born in 1832 and died on July 4, 1894 in Greenfield, Highland County, Ohio. His wife was Mary Dwyer Irwin. His parents were John and Hester Limes Irwin. W. H. Irwin was a mayor at least three times in Greenfield and also an attorney in Highland County. He was a member of the Gibson GAR Post. I believe he was in the 22 regiment as a musician. If anyone has any further information about his life as far as his family or military service, or any information at all I would appreciate be contacted. He and his wife were buried in Greenfield Cemetery in Greenfield, Ohio on the same lot with his parents.
