Alexander Irvine was a farmer in Salt Lick Township, Perry County, Ohio.In the 1850 Census he is shown, age 31, with wife Priscilla, age 25 and two children, Henry I, age 2, and Francis M, aged 1/12 years."Mr & Mrs. Alexander Irvin...lived in the white house along the B & O Railroad north of McCuneville, [and] obtained their land direct from the Government and the sheepskin deed was signed by Andrew Jackson, President of the United States."The 1876 Atlas of Perry County, Ohio, Saltlick Township, shows an Alexander Irvin in several locations.The 1880 Census shows Alexander Ander Irvin, age 56, with wife Priscilla, age 42
