In a death notice (dated 1878) of Rachel Ratliff Smith (1813 NC) it says that notice of the death is to go to: William Smith and his mom S.A. Irvin of Palmyra, Lincoln Arkansas. Does anyone know who this is or have any information on them at all? I can’t find anything for sure, but I have an idea. I would just like to know if I’m right. Thanks
