That was an online file with "Whartsburg." Google "Dewey J. Irish." Then click on the first listing.

Have you reconciled Dewey being 14 in 1880 with birth in 1871? If his birth was closer to 1866, then it's more likely that the marriage was 1889 or earlier. I think the birth being (erroneously) listed as 1871 threw people off on the dates of marriage and birth of the first child.
