Hello! Sorry to be responding to your message in such an untimely fashion, but the place names you mentioned were intriguing to me. How did you fare with your search? I was in Wexford the previous spring and had a marvelous time. I found that just talking to people was the most productive way of getting information. When I told my cab driver I was researching Duggans from Rosslare, she turned out to be the daughter of a Duggan from Rosslare. Just being on the same soil that your ancestors trod is thrilling in itself. Hope you found it the same.
