This looked like it was on the right track until I saw the son John born in 1869. The brothers Jasper adn Murtha who are buried in Ambrosetown had a brother William who died in 1866 aged 38. If he had returned to Ireland in 1866 and died there it would have been possible for him to have a wife buried overseas, but then he couldn't have been the father of John. So it doesn't seem to fit. Shame.
