The Heritage Center records showed that Catherine was baptised on June 15, 1819 in Taghmon Roman Catholic Parish; the response letter said the family was residing in Taghmon. Her parents were Jasper Stafford and Bridget Evoy. The baptismal sponsors were Thomas Stafford and Mary Bing.
Also, in the same grave with Johanna Stafford Johnson is a Mary Stafford (a widow), who died in 1882 at age 49. She probably was born around 1833 and may have been related to Johanna and Catherine, possibly by marriage. There also is a 22-month-old baby named Mary Stafford who died in 1869 She may have been Mary's child.
