Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Latter Day Saints should have BDM indexes for Ireland. For this time period you should be able to find the parents marriage, and the son's birth in the registers and then send away for them from the General Records Office in Ireland.

My Gore's are from Duncormick, but earlier than the civil registrations, and I have had trouble tracking down church records,

Good luck,
Katharine.
