There are three current sources for geneology info on your ancestors: 1) The National Archives of Ireland, 2) the LDS Family History library, and 3) the General Register Office.

Both the NAI and LDS made microfilm copies of surviving parish registers. The LDS rcds are possibly the easier rcds to search unless you live in Ireland.

Note - Irish rcds are increasingly sparse B4 1840, rare B4 1800.

B/M/D registration was civil AFTER 1863. Civil rcds are kept by the General Register Office. Contact this office at http://www.groireland.ie. There is a fee for each name it researches. The civil rcds probably have more complete information collected more consistently than church rcds. Since you have an exact DOB for Anna, this is likely your most cost effective source.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
