From the 1911 Census - Tattynure (Dunbreen, Tyrone)

McFarland       James       53       Male
McFarland       Eliza J       49       Female
McFarland       Samuel       12       Male
McFarland       Annie       9       Female
McFarland       Mary       4       Female
McFarland       Matildia       75       Female
McFadden       Eliza       86       Female

James McFarland married Eliza Jane Wasson 10/01/1899 in Tyrone
James' father was a David McFarland
David married Matilda Stewart 11 MAY 1854 Cappagh,Cappagh By, Omagh, Tyrone, Ireland (David age 22, Matilda age 17)
David's father was a James McFarland

No idea what the McFadden connection might be or if there is one... altho IGI has an Elizabeth Stewart marrying a William McFadden in Antrim in 1848. A sister of Matilda??

The Samuel McFarland (age 12) above would emigrate to Canada about 1930ish and settle in the same town as my Great Grandparents - I believe he may have been related to my Great Great Grandmother who was supposedly a Mary McFarland. I am searching for is a possible sister of David named Mary who married a John McCutcheon and had at least 2 sons - William & Samuel. William McCutcheon emigrated 1887ish; Samuel McCutcheon emigrated 1891 with a Thomas McFarland (may have been son of David??); Mary (McFarland) McCutcheon came to Canada in 1894 and died here in 1899. It is believed that father John McCutcheon died in Tyrone sometime prior to 1894. It is not known whether there were any other McCutcheon children that may have remained in Ireland.

Any info or connections greatly appreciated. THANKS
