Connell - Julia 1836 and John 1838 siblings

Julia (b1836) and John (b1838) Connell emmigrated to the USA in the late 1850's early 1860's as he was a veteran of our civil war. I am looking for any information on their parents (beleived to be James Connell/Alice Anderson), where they lived, any other siblings, etc. They each got married in the USA.
