Lou, I am only a few miles from Ballylooby if I can be of help. I have a great book, Irish records by James G Ryan, and according to it, if your family were catholic birth records are available from dec. 1809, marriage from april 1817 and missing dates for marriage records feb 1822 to jan of 1827, if they were chruch of Ireland birth records from 1877. If you need me to visit the church, take photos, look something up somewhere, let me know. Alot of records were burnt by the british in around 1918 i think, very few remain. jennifer
