I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds are increasingly sparse B4 1840, rare B4 1800. For Catherine Coffee B 1813 (exact) in Co. Tipperary with a father named ????, I found 1 B rcds in Tipperary north and 0 B rcds in Tipperary south. Note - a large portion of Tipperary rcds have been retained by the RC Church and are only available through the Tipperary Family History Research center. Contact the TFHR center to search these rcds. For Pat(rick) Maher B 1811 +/- 3 yrs in Tipperary, I found 2 B rcds: 1809, and 1814. For a marriage of Patrick and Catherine in 1835 +/- 4 yrs in Tipperary, I found the following M rcds: Patrick Tipperary South: 1832, 1834 Patrick Tipperary north: 1833, 1835, 1837, 1838, 1839 Catherine Tipperary south: 1835, 1839 Catherine Tipperary north: 1839 It looks like the only possible match is for 1839 in Tipperary north. Suggest you try matching these rcds by parish. If you get a parish match, these rcds are likely for your ancestor. If they married in this range, then there should have been children B4 the emigrated to AUS. Try searching AUS archives for a ship arrival and passenger list. Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database. Register, opt to be notified as rcds are added and browse. Pls post your search results to my genforum msg. Hope this helps. Good luck.
