I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% or Irish counties. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse, B4 1800 rare.

For Bridget Allen B 1832 +/- 4 yrs with a father forenamed William, I found 0 B rcds. The closest was in 1827. Note - in 1832, only 2/3 of the Tipperary (south) parishes have surviving rcds.

If I search without screening for a father forenamed William, I find 1 B rcd in 1834.

Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database. Pls post your search results to my genforum msg.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
