1901 census question - Old Bridge Clonmel

I need to search for a Cashin family on the 1901 census. Their records at Ellis Island say their home is Old Bridge in Clonmel.

I have found in the past that some Clonmel Church records are kept in Waterford and some in Tipperary and I don't know if the census is organized in the same way. The microfilm records for the 1901 census that I have seen at the LDS site, don't give this level of detail to help me locate the film for "Old Bridge Clonmel".

If you can help me understand how the census is organized and whether this area is in Tipperary or Waterford, I would certainly appreciate it.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

Donna
