Hello Paul:

For Mat(hew) O'Connor B 1828 +/- 5 yrs, Co. Galway, with a father forenamed "M", I found 1 rcd, 1831. This may, or may not, be for your ancestor. But, it is the ONLY rcd which comes close to matching your criteria. Note - at this early date, it was not uncommon for people to be unaware of their DOB, or YOB - This event played little in their daily lives.
