Hello Frances:

No B rcds for a Harriet French B ????, with a father forenamed Fitz* anywhere in Ireland. Both the forenames and surnames suggest this ancestry was Anglo-Irish, or Norman-Irish. If so, rcds are especially sparse at any date.
