I'm not related - my ancestors left Ireland in 1834 bound for Quebec.

Yes the marriage was USUALLY in the bride's parish (home court advantage).

The expense per rcd is 5 Euros - about the price of either 3 gallons of gasoline, or a pint of beer in and upscale grog shop. It only gets expensive if you start guessing.
