Hi - as always, still looking for my elusive ancestors! Here's hoping you can help.....

Bridget was apparently one of 7 or 8 daughters of (Owen?) Regan and his wife, (Hannah or Honora) McCormick, who was the daughter of ? McCormick and his wife, Catherine Bennet(t). At least two of the Regan sisters were named Anne and Ellen. Bridget came to New York prior to 06 November 1864, upon which date she married my gggrandfather, Edward Collins in Brooklyn, Kings, NY. They apparently travelled quite a bit between Wisconsin and NY, some children of their marriage born in either state. Bridget died at about 44 years old, after the birth of her 8th child, Charles, who died less than a month after his mama.

Bridget's sister Ann was apparently injured in a fire in Ireland at some point, and her sight was adversly effected. She married Dennis Judge c1857.

Okay, you now know as much as I about this most elusive gggrandmother and her family. Thank you so much in advance for any information! It is greatly appreciated!
