Hi Kevin,

I know this post is from a long time ago and I'm not sure if you are still using this forum but we are only researching something similar now. We are looking for an Owen Maguire who was married to a rebecca. We think they actually where living in Reduff, Bellatrain in Monaghan as if you look on the census 1901 you have Rebecca Maguire with 7 children. This area is actually part of the Castleblayney rural district. One discrepancy we have is are you sure Owen's Father was Michael Maguire could he possibly have been Matthew Maguire? Any info you have would be greatly appreciated and we can either rule this Owen and Rebecca out as a non starter.

All the best,
Gareth
