Ted: Paul Kennedy and I visted the cemetery again last fall and were able to make out a name on the top of one of the smaller stones. It read "Hughie". We assmed it to be Hugh Howe, Jr. who died in 1899. His name is also on the upright spiral.

We could not locate Anne's name anywhere. I checked her eatate papers at the courthouse and there was a charge made by the undertaker for putting her name on the stone. Perhaps her name was on the other small stone. Leon
