Patrick"Percy"Noonan and sister Nora Mary Harte somewhere in Ireland

I am trying to locate sibblings of Ellen Noonan.
She lived at time of her death Oct 2 2007 in Reading MA with her friend Ginny. Ellen was about 91 (dob aprox 1916 I guess in Ireland). Her parents were the late Patrick Noonan , and Ellen Burke.
I'd like to find out where in Ireland "Nellie" as we called her was born. Nellie was a good friend of my mom's, but after mom died we lost touch with her.
I think she may also have had an unle named Patrick but I'm not sure of this.
If anyone know Patrick"Percy" Noonan or his sister Nora, I'd like to know about this. Feel better about contacting me via e-mail you may barb19401@verizon.net.
Nellie and my family attending the same church(St Athanius ) in Reading MA for several years. We left Reading in 1976.
Is Ginny still living on Dividence Rd there in Reading.?

Thank you for any help. Are Patrick and Nora older or younger than Ellen. If older they may not be up to replying to this, hope someone will on their behalf.

Barb
