Samuel Hagan b Sept 1811 Clarion Co PA
My earliest known ancestor, Samuel Hagan, was born 14 Feb 1811 in Perry Twp, Armstrong Co, PA which is now Clarion Co, PA.
My cousin found the below information while visiting in Clarion Co, PA:
Following children are listed with birth and baptismal dates in "The German Church Records of Western Pennsylvania", 1805 - 1812,volume 3, pages 188 and 189. Baptismal dates are 20 Sep 1812 and 21 Sep 1812,but pastor John William Weber of the German Reformed Church (an itinerant pastor who traveled from Westmoreland County, PA to the western edges of settlements in what is now Clarion County, PA). This volume is available at the Clarion County Historical Society in Clarion:

Text in the book has the variant "German Script" spellings for the names ... "Etwart", "Hegen", "Elissabetha", etc.,but editor Paul Miller Ruff has translated the names to the English spellings in the indexes.
My male cousin's DNA testing indicates our ancestors came from Tyrone County Ireland and I learned in a Researching Colonial PA class that most of the settlers in Clarion Co were from Ireland. Does anyone know how I can do further research on Samuel's ancestors?
Thank you for your help.
