Michael O'Donnell / Maria Sullivan 1840-1852

I'm in search of info on Michael O'Donnell and Maria (Sullivan)O'Donnell who were in or near Kalamazoo, MI in June 1852 when their daughter Anna Maria O'Donnell was born. They lived there for several years, then moved on to Michigan City, IN. In Sept 1870 Anna was married to Ferdinand Henry Brechtel, and in 1874 they moved to Bremen, IN where they spent the rest of their lives. Ferdinand died in 1917 and Anna in 1937.

My main interest is learing about Michael and Maria, and especially where they came from in Ireland. I have no other info about them, other than their dates of birth would be between 1800-1836, or so, if one does the math from the birth of their daughter. No idea if they had other children. Running into a "brick wall" on this branch of the family. Have lots on the Brechtels but nothing on O'Donnells that is verifiable in Kerry, Cork or Donegal.
