Hi, Eliza had 2 sisters that I could find-Mary who married James Johnstone on 1 Jan 1856 and Margaret who married Martin McNamara on 31 Aug 1854.Both marriages like Eliza's took place in Boyle.According to marriage records Eliza was born in 1835 and Mary in 1838.
The girls father was found in Tithe Applotment Books at 3 locations-1826 Kilbride,Tonragee,Roscommon. 1827 Killinvoy,Carnagh East,Roscommon.1833 St Peter's Athlone,Rooska,Roscommon
The Hannons/Hannans are just too numerous for James father John to elaborate. You would have to know where exactly he lived.
I found an interesting listing in the prison registers and wonder could it be Robert Letford/Ledford. It says Robert Ledford was in carcerated in the Bridewell prison in Bandon Co. Cork in 1865 for vagrancy. There is also a listing for a William Letford who may be brother/cousin of Eliza who was born in 1830 and incarcerated in Kildare in 1863 for deserting. You would have to look at both records to determine if these are related and how.
I came across a couple of deaths that may be the father and in one case the grandfather of people you seek.
Robert Ledford born 1812 died 1872 Boyle,Roscommon
John Hannon born 1791 died 1875 Roscommon
born 1814 died Oct-Dec 1881 Roscommon
born 1818 died Jan-March 1882 Roscommon
What you could do is look at parish registers for dioceses of Ardagh and Clonmacnois and for Tuam at the LDS library nearest you to see if they may be in parish registers.Hope this helps,Kim
