You will have to know if they were Roman Catholic or Church of Ireland (or other). Then, you will have to consult the parish records for Ballingarry.

From this website, it would seem that there were 16 Dunne households listed in Griffiths Valuation done in 1851, so it would seem that it was Margaret's parish, but not necessarily Timothy's:
