Looks like you should be looking for a marriage in Pennsylvania for Bridget and John, given her immigration date. She is also about 10 years older than you think.
She is already a widow by the time of the 1880 census, still living in Carbondale.
In the 1870 census, John & Bridget are in Carbondale, with children, John, Salma, Thomas and Michael. With naming conventions, one would expect that Bridget's father's name was either Thomas or Michael. The eldest child, John, is aged 6, so that gives you a marriage date of around 1863.
There is a John Judge of the right age living in Cass, Schuykill County in the 1860 census, so perhaps that is where the marriage took place.
