I am looking for info on my gr-gr-grandfather, Nicholas Burke, who was apparently a native of Tipperary County, Ireland, born abt. 1813-1814, and a resident of Lingan, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia for 45 years, died at Lingan, Oct. 20, 1879. His wife's name was Mary Young, apparently born in Nova Scotia abt. 1821, died abt. 1909. Children of Nicholas and Mary: John (1847-), Ann (1849-), John (1851-), Michael (1857-), Mary (1859-), Catharine (1862), Ellen (1865-).This is all we know. Any information on Nicholas Burke (or Mary) would be most greatly appreciated. Thank you
