Found a marriage record- Dec 13, 1864 Thomas Dickson, a widower and a weaver married Sarah Neill spinster. His father is John Dickson, a weaver and hers is Henry Neill, a weaver. Witnesses John Nesbit and Ellen McCughlin? Lurgan First Presby.

The baptisms of Wm John, Sarah jane,, Eliza and Margaret Ann are not there. Sarah, widowed and said to be 6 years old, but 60, is on Ave Road in 1901 with Wm John and Sarah jane.

John and Mary Lunn are living at house 9 in Ballymacateer and must be weavers as they have no land. They marry before 1829 so he must be born before 1810. There was an Abraham d. 1837 @69 m. to Mary and then to Ann Moore about this time, but I saw no mention of son John. There is also an Edward Lunn d. 1861 @89 there who married Margaret d. 1822 @35 and then m. Ellen Swenarton, but again no John's were mentioned as a son.

Thomas Whiteside is at house 10 and had daughters Mary Lunn (m. Wm Lunn), Caroline Topping (m. Wm Henry Topping of Banoge) and Margaret Ann. Whitesides are often from Clare, Co Down.
