If you look at the original of this record, they were not from Tullynarken(?). That was the family above them. They were from ???scarford (or ? Charford), Co. Cork. Both were Church of Rome (Catholics). He was a tanner by trade. Perhaps someone else can get a better hold of the name of the place as I can't make out the first couple of letters.
