William Jackson married Elizabeth Jackson

I am seeking information on William Jackson who came from Scotland to I believe Virginia. I believe he died about 1750 in either Baltimore MD or Virginia.

He married Elizabeth Jackson, daughter of Benjamin Jackson and Elizabeth Clark. He was killed and Elizabeth remarried. She was with child (William Jackson, Jr. (II) when William, Sr, was killed. I believe William, Jr., had a brother named John Jackson. I am not sure when his was born and if there were other siblings. She remarried Abraham Borland.

Her father, Benjamin was born about 1714 and was from I believe East Meath, Ireland. Elizabeth was born about 1715 and was from I believe Grange, Antrim, Ireland. Benjamin and Elizabeth had the following children I believe: Walter, Mary, Isaac and Absolom.

I am seeking information on who William's father and mother were and when they were born and died and where. I am doing family tracing of this Scottish ancestor and would like ALL the information that I can get and gather as far back as possible.

I would like to know if William had any siblings, his parents, grandparents, great grandparents, etc.

Thank you for anything that you can share with me.

Mike Tomme
