Pollaturick is a townland of 261 acres. It still exists. In 1855 Griffiths Valuation records that there were 13 households listed there one of which was a Patrick Mullen who had a famnrhouse, outbuildings and 57 acres there. He seems likely to be connected to your family.
Pollaturick is between Claremorris & Tuam. It’s a couple of miles west of the N17 at Milltown.
There were 3 Mullin households there in the 1901 census. One has a Sarah Mullin (widow). That could well be your Sally Mullin. (Sarah & Sally are interchangeable names). All the 3 families are likely to be related:

3 in 1911:

The civil registration town that covers Pollaturick is Tuam. There’s a death for a Luke Mullin registered in Tuam in April – Jun 1893 Volume 4, page 292. Estimated year of birth 1828. That seems likely to be Luke who was married to Sally.
