I am not sure if this is my John McGrath brother of James because my John was born in Middlesex England and in the 1871 Census (from England) Betsy is listed as the mother. I have never heard of Andrew and so even though his father's name is Patrick the mother being Agnes is foreign to me. Patrick or Paterick is a popular Irish name and so you can encounter it all over the place.

Thanks for your help though,
Shawn
