This might be your family in 1901:

Patrick & Jane (rather than Mary Jane) seem to have both died between 1901 & 1911. (Death in the civil indexes for Patrick Apr – Jun 1905; and likely death for Jane Apr – Jun 1909).
Same farm in 1911:

Lesky is a couple of miles from Ely. Griffiths Valuation for 1862 has Patrick listed on plot 9 at Lesky where he was farming 27 acres.
Couple probably married before civil registration started in 1864 and so you won’t get a marriage cert for them. You should check Devenish RC parish records, which start in 1853. Copies in PRONI, Belfast, National Library Dublin or you can order a copy in to your nearest LDS library as LDS have filmed them.
You can see Patrick Farmer’s full will on the PRONI site. Here’s the abstract (summary):
Full Abstract :
Probate of the Will of Patrick Farmer late of Lesky County Fermanagh Farmer who died 27 April 1905 granted at Armagh to Patrick Rasdale Farmer. Effects £166 5s. 6d.
Mary Anne died in 1922. She died intestate but the admin papers for her estate will be held in PRONI. (They are not on-line). Full Abstract :
Farmer Mary Anne of Lesky Boho Post Office county Fermanagh spinster died 20 November 1922 Administration Londonderry 5 February to Joseph Farmer farmer. Effects £217 6s. 4d.
