Cindy,a few bits and pieces that may be useful. On the Scotlands People website there are a Stewart and Andrew coming up in the 1851 census who could belong to you.I had checked the census fragments for 1851 co Antrim with no success(mind there are not that many remaining).I did however find 2 Lynn families and several Scott families who may/may not be related to you.In the 1796 Flaxgrowers Lists, the only John Lynn I could locate was in Mullaghmore,co Armagh.I did find Archibald Scott in Billy parish,co Antrim along with a Thomas Scott and in Derrykeighan parish,co Antrim Alexander and James Scott who may be related. In a listing of residents of Billy parish 1838 Archibald Scott does not appear-although an Archibald Scott appears in Griffiths Valuation 1848-1864 in Billy parish, which could be the father or a son.Lastly,in the 9th July 1848 Catholic Household Assessment,John Lynn appears in the townland of Randalstown, parish Drummaul,co Antrim.I would start by looking at Billy and Drummaul parishes for records perhaps trying the LDS library to look at microfilms. If indeed the Lynns were Catholic the childrens birth/baptism would have to be found in parish records as civil registration for Catholics didn't begin til 1864.Do you have any idea of birth year for John Lynn or his parents as I found several births but without more info cannot determine which if any is correct.Hope this helps,Kim
