I searched the ROOTSIRELAND.IE database. It contains abt 20M B/M/D records for most of Ireland, including Co. Antrim.

For Charles Peel B 1820 (exact), Co. Antrim, with the parent's names unknown, I found 1 record.

For Mar(garet) Hartley B 1828 +/-2 yrs, somewhere in Ireland, I found 2 records, one of which was in Co. Donegal (near Antrim).

If you KNEW they married in Ireland, you have a much better (and more conclusive) chance of finding the M record.
