I have an Anthony and Patrick McGowan in my family tree. They were brothers from Achill. Anthony was born around 1822, Patrick around 1810. I do not know whether they had any siblings, though. Both were settled in the Wooster, Ohio area by the 1850s. Patrick came through Canada, probably in the 1840s. If you are still checking this board, I'd be happy to connect with you to share more.
