Co. Antrim look-up please!
Posted by: Joy Sanderson (ID *****1655) Date: September 01, 2012 at 06:15:51

I seem to have narrowed down my ggggrandfather's birthplace as Co. Antrim, at least that's what I suspect.

We have all sorts of info on him in the Richmond VA area, but could find nothing before his marriage. The census records of two of his sons show him as born in Northern Ireland... that's what I have!! (Not much I know)

Could someone please look up the birth or census records for James B McCauley/McAuley b.1826-1828 and following naming tradition, his father would be John.

Thanks in advance!!
J Sanderson
