Arrived aboard the Adriatic into New York on 25 May 1883, out of Liverpool and Queenstown, Ireland:
Healy, Ellen, aged 46, from Ireland
Healy, Denis, aged 17, laborer
Healy, Patrick, aged 15, laborer
In the Irish Civil Registration Birth Index, there are only 24 Den(n) Healys born in the period 1864-1868. From that same online tree, Ellen is said to have died 6 November 1907, aged 80, which would correspond with the age of the Ellen in the above passenger record. The same tree gives a birth place for the youngest child, also named Ellen (or Nellie) in 1864 in Clonmoyle, Co. Cork.
