Desperate and missing something
Posted by: LORI (ID *****1569) Date: July 30, 2012 at 17:15:21

How would the name McAvey be pronounced in Ireland? In the U.S. it is Mick A vee.
I'm wondering if maybe somewhere between Ireland, Canada and the U.S. it got misunderstood because of accents?
Thank you for any help.Lori
