Actually - in 1901 in Dublin the landowner (or at least the guy with the big house) was William A. Wallis. In 1911 the family had moved to Galway (bigger house - a whole four rooms for 9 people!) the guy in the big house was Lord Killannin. He seemed to own most of the property on the particular page that the Flynns were enumerated on.
