Melissa,found the marriage cert and a few other tidbits.
Marriage:

for William Beattie I found 21 listings in Ulster province-they are:
1.Clonfeacle parish,co Tyrone(1)
2.Derryloran parish,co Tyrone(1)
3.Mullagh parish,co Cavan(1)
4.Derrybrusk parish,co Fermanagh(1)
5.Kilmood parish,co Down(1)
6.Shankill parish,co Antrim(16)
the likelihood is that James' father comes from Shankill parish but do not discount any of them until you find him for sure.
for David Vaughan I found only 1 listing in Ulster province;
Cornahoule townland
Kinawley parish
co Fermanagh
also with the same townland,parish and county in a separate listing is Bridget Vaughan-perhaps David's wife?
then looking at the 1796 Flaxgrowers List,I found a Thomas Vaughan in Kinawley parish,co Fermanagh which is the same David was found in.Perhaps this is David's father/or other relation?
In the Flaxgrowers list,all but 1 Beattie is found in co Tyrone.
Just as a matter of interest,I found two marriages which look to belong to a couple of brothers of Elizabeth Vaughan.They are:
