Hello Again. Thanks so much. For the past several days I have been on Proni.com and Anglefire.com searching Knoxes. I have found many links and confirmations of dates and names of the John Knox family in the Garvagh Presbyterian Church district, Parish of Desartoghil, especially from the family list of the Rev. James Brown starting from 1796. Now that I have my ggg grandfather's name and wife's name, I am checking the records of Scotland. My gg grandfather, John Knox, born/baptised 1810, Killeyvalley, Londonderry, Ireland said in family acccounts that he was born in Londonderry, Ireland to parents from Scotland. Now I am tracing them back to Scotland. When I find their origin/township in Scotland, I am going to visit there.
I do not have sufficient words to say how much your help has been to me.
